Myself and my brother dropped in for a pre-Thanksgiving workout at CrossFit 916. Alex was an awesome host and coach. The facility was massive with tons of great equipment. Great spot that I would recommend to anyone - 5 Stars.
Signed my husband and I up with a Groupon to try it out, and so glad I did!! Two years later and we are still here and loving it! We were instantly drawn to the friendliness and warm welcoming from the athletes and the coaches. The classes are structured and broken down step by step, or you can even do your own thing. The gym is very spacious with tons of equipment, and even a kids area!
This is hands down the best box in the area. I visit here a few times a year when I am in town and they are always extremely nice. The workouts are challenging! This is also probably the largest box I have ever been to (and I have been to many) with lots of equipment.

I loved this gym, been here for 4 months now and I haven't even feel bored with cf916 workout program. The coaches and members here are super. Non of them will give you any negative in here. Everyone encourage each other. The coaches in there pay close attention to you, especially when you are newbies. They want to make sure you are understand each workout movement . They make sure you do your best at the same time they make sure you don't get hurt. If your form is not correct, they will tell you to stop, have patient to guide you step by step. When the 1st day I step in into this place. They've already treated me like family here. I am a stubborn person, I had a lot of injuries before I join this place. So time to time my joint will ache like crazy but I still go in to workout. I though I can hide those pain, I was so wrong. The coaches there, they pay attention to members. Coach Aaron saw my facial expression, he walked up to me, told me to minus the weights I was lifting because he can tell I was pushing myself when I was not supposed to. Yep, they were that good. I been through a lot of gym, those coaches there just show you the move and walk away. Here at CF916 is totally different experience.

I absolutely love this CrossFit. I have been going for about 2 years now. I enjoy the coaches, they are extremely encouraging and wish only for your benefit. I can do so much more now. I am feeling much better about myself and recommend this CrossFit to anyone in the area! o(^_^)o
