I love Crunch Elk Grove. My daughter and I visited the gym to check it out and joined together. We love the atmosphere and staff. Signed up with a trainer for our free Crunch Kickoff with Michele. She was great and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Got my daughter signed up for training session with her, she is awesome! Best thing we ever did.
Always get greeted and promptly checked in by the front desk staff. Workout equipment is always in good working condition. Free weights and machines are spread out so people with all different abilities get a chance to try new exercises. Also have lockers available for use.
I like this gym, staffs are friendly and nice.it is affordable. Gym and equipment is clean and its not that crowded. They had the equipment i needed to get a good workout. I highly recommend Crunch fitness to my families and friends.
great place to exercise; clean and machines always in working condition. The people at the desk are also helpful and friendly. I like this better then the last place i used to go to for exercising. Highly recommend!

I love this gym! The staff are very friendly and the gym itself has great equipment ! The price you pay is very much worth what you get. Not only are the staff nice, they are more than willing to help you with anything you might need :)

My son goes there 2 or 3 times a week. Kind of small, no pool but plenty of machines. Staff is friendly & helpful.
I've been to many gyms for the past 28 years but Crunch is by far my favorite gym. Its simple and practical and works out for me

Great gym at a great monthly price. Lots of equipment, classes, personalized trainers. Lots of parking.
Bree has been great! She is very professional. Two recommendations would be to change the music up a little and get an app so members can use wireless headphones while watching the TV's.

It's a pretty nice gym! Instructors are all excellent and there's no judgment. It can get a little crowded after 5 but I tend to go earlier so it's not a problem.

It's a good place to workout but I hope they can fix they're faucet lol
I love this gym. I've been a member for a few months now. You really can't beat the rate. It's never too crowded to do anything, though the free weight section is usually pretty full & it's intimidating to try and break your way into the pack as a rookie gym user. All the members are super friendly so far. The staff too is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try and upsell too much.

I've been going to Crunch for almost a year love their facility love the people that work there and a good location easy to get in and out of adequate parking they have trainers all of the trainers are very professional and really help you with a compass in your goals
If I could only give this crunch fitness a No star at all I would. They misinformed us about their policy just to steal money from people. I was told that I could bring my 13 year old to work out with me and after signing up for $30 something when we came back the next day, they did not allow her. I asked to close my account and get my refund back according to their policy, but they never gave me back my refund. I talked to their managers and staff and even went there in person, but I was told that they're processing it, up until now they did not gave me back my money. I WILL NEVER TRUST CRUNCH FITNESS OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! THEY'RE SO CHEAP COULDN'T EVEN REFUND A $30.00. NO WONDER EVEN THE NAME CRUNCH SOUNDS SO CHEAP ALREADY...
If it didn't close so early on the weekends, I'd definitely give it a 5 star. That said, it's a great gym, the classes are fun too even though more often then not, I'm the only guy in the Zumba classes lol. It has a fair amount of equipment for what you pay per year.(I pay cash, so I gotta pay the entire year in one go.)
I Love Crunch!!! I can come almost anytime I like and the staff is always smiling and being professional. The equipment, bathroom and showers are clean.
Good Music, good people to socialize with and overall a good environment!!!

Great neighborhood gym. I confess that I'm an old power lifter. But , hey. It's a fantastic club with more than enough equipment. And no attitudes! I can grunt, and lift; while my daughter gets her workout. And she feels safe; too
LOVE this gym! although it is pretty crowded you cannot beat their prices & the staff is extra friendly. I just signed up about a week ago and didn't know they were doing a promotion so my first time fee was super cheap and also got personal training sessions for an awesome deal! I did my first training session with Kelley and she is incredible! She is truly there to help you get to where you wanna be with a great attitude and personality! I love coming here !

This gym is kind of dim and depressing, as it is just one giant concrete box. The staff is friendly, though, and there are SO MANY good workout machines. TONS of cardio equipment and lots of weight machines and freeweights mean I could not imagine having to wait to use anything here.
