This is one of the best crossfit gyms that I've been to and mind you I've tried many other similar gyms. Our coach Ryan is awesome and not only does he push us to our potential but motivates you at the same time not to limit what you can do. Everyone works together as a team and motivates each other......it's like a little family. This is a one of a kind gym that I recommend anyone to join!
