I practiced here every thursday or fridays. My dad heard that the building is shutting down due to the building not up to code. It sucks that it is going to shut down. I miss this place.... more

I love this gym!!! The teachers are so friendly and caring, it makes the class much more enjoyable. All their classes are excellent, whether you want to get toned in barre or relax in yoga, they have you covered and will cater to your practice if you need modifications like I do after having two ankle surgeries.... more

Fun, exhilarating and attentive coaches! Great place to go if you are looking for a challenge and life changing habits!. I completed the 6-week Transform boot camp challenge and had an amazing experience! Love the workouts and the trainers that push you to improve but still allow you to go at your pace and modify exercises as needed.... more
I LOVE this gym so much! If I could give it more than a 5 star rating I would. It is so fun here, and the coaches always encourage you to do your best while also having fun. My level 5 team and I are very close, and the bond we have formed is amazing! This gym makes people find love in the sport of gymnastics, and I am so glad that I stuck with this sport.... more
Top Notch workout facility! Very clean! Staff are friendly, professional and courteous. The best YMCA in the Northern California region and BayArea, maybe all of California. I need a place to go to workout with a heated pool and all the modern and upgraded machines at my disposal, so big it never seems crowded or full.... more

Watch your credit card charges. The $39 or $35 monthly fees are charged every 20 days! After a month and a half, three months had been charged already!. Be sure you get a receipt of cancelation or they will keep charging you.... more
Do we get a refund for the time it was closed because of Covid 19?. Know that you get what you pay for. This place is grimy, very crowded, and slow to repair broken equipment. But it has the basics, and costs a few bucks a month, as compared to $60+ for most places that have decent amenities.... more

Clean venue. Great for kids parties. We did a 8 year old birthday, with Kevin fs from 4-15. Everyone had fun. Staff was fantastic. Party rooms are clean and have big windows. Staff leads kids thru obstacle courses, trampolines, foam pits, and more.... more
