worse when you you want to cancel the Membership. i joined the Evofit program (premium Membership), they shut the program(Evofit) on August 2017 and i requested them to cancel my membership because they don't have the program anymore. but they still pulled the money from my bank account for the month of September for the service(Evofit) they don't have.

No problems with this gym! Equipment is new, gym is clean, they have showers (unlike nearby Fitness 19). Plenty of parking (unlike 24 Hour Fitness in Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill). Plus the drinking fountains have ice-cold water (I know, a minor thing, but appreciated!). Whenever I've been there, there have been only a couple/few people using this gym.
Well nice staffs and safe environment, plus hand sanitized machine and cold fountain, restrooms are clean, reasonable price and I'm happy.
This is a great gym, especially if you are looking for just a basic workout. Although they do have a wide range of helpful machines this gym is mostly for the type of person that just wants to do a quick workout. There is a bit of a "con", if you are new to it the smell is a slap in the face.
Easy to join and now easy to cancel, older reviews were before the restructure that they've done. Now it's on a month-to-month payment plan. All the staff that I've interacted with have been friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

This is a great facility in general. However, I am very unhappy with the channel selections on the aerobic machine TVs. They did have both CNN and Fox News channels, but a few weeks ago these disappeared and now there is most garbage like Dr. Phil and The View. I have asked about this twice at the desk and was told that CNN and Fox News would be put back, but this has never happened.
Horrible customers service! Easy to join hard to cancel! DO NOT WASTE your money! I paid around $63 to cancel my membership and make them shut up. I am not sure if the 5 stars review is provided by someone working in the gym, but pls be responsible and Don't fool your customer !
