I practiced here every thursday or fridays. My dad heard that the building is shutting down due to the building not up to code. It sucks that it is going to shut down. I miss this place.... more

I love this gym!!! The teachers are so friendly and caring, it makes the class much more enjoyable. All their classes are excellent, whether you want to get toned in barre or relax in yoga, they have you covered and will cater to your practice if you need modifications like I do after having two ankle surgeries.... more

After completing 2 previous weight loss challenges from other transformation centers, I had gained all my weight back. I was surprised to find out during the TFW signup that we were only required to workout for 3 days a week, without having to surrender my facebook over for advertisement purposes, like the other programs I have previously participated in.... more
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Katie and Kyle are knowledgeable about fitness and also happen to be two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Their studio is well-maintained, and being there makes you want to push yourself into your highest gear.... more

I dropped in to the 6am class today and was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and inviting everyone was. Jason, the coach, made me feel so at home and kept us all laughing while taking us through an in depth warm up, mobility exercises, and correct movement patterns.... more
