I took the 6am Metabolic class with Ben and it was such a great experience. 100% love to Activ8! They have such a supportive community that immediately embraced me and supported me cheering me on and encouraging me! Ben is a fantastic trainer that is also supportive, encouraging and shows tough love! I was told several times by members if I can do this class, I can do anything.... more

Great Place! Olivia did a benefit class with Kalen Henning playing music which was amazing. The live music event was not to be missed. They should do this more often. Kalen Henning's music can be seen on Soundcloud.... more
