I took the 6am Metabolic class with Ben and it was such a great experience. 100% love to Activ8! They have such a supportive community that immediately embraced me and supported me cheering me on and encouraging me! Ben is a fantastic trainer that is also supportive, encouraging and shows tough love! I was told several times by members if I can do this class, I can do anything.... more

I've been doing CrossFit for 4+ years and have been to many different boxes. 760 has the best trained coaches I've seen, with consistent quality of instruction who do a great job of modifying workouts to each member's fitness abilities.... more
