So disappointed. As someone who's been practicing yoga for almost 10 years, this place is not up to par. Several times, the teacher (I won't name names) came in 5 MINUTES LATE! In yoga, that's a lifetime. Not only that, she walked in with a full smoothie from the juice bar. People gift themselves with the opportunity to take time out of their busy days to go to a yoga class. To relax, stretch out and meditate. Taking 5 minutes away from that so you can have your smoothie or chat with your friends is not okay. After I cancelled my membership, I received emails EVERY DAY that my credit card is being charged for $119 (it's still happening, 2 months later). I've called and emailed several times and I haven't gotten any responses. Melissa, the manager, called me back once, but the issue persists. And now again, no one responds to my emails or calls. It's 2018...respond to your emails. Going back to Corepower Yoga in Encinitas where: 1). The teachers are on time to their classes and actually make adjustments on their students, 2). They answer their phone calls and emails, 3). Don't have issues with their billing department. Disappointed that I had to resort to writing a negative review just to get something simple taken care of.
