The rec program has great options for my kids. There are sports and activities that keep them busy all summer long at camp, and evening activities during the school year. Some of the classes are taught at a very introductory level, and the staff can have difficulty dealing with bored students, but most of our experiences with these programs has been very positive.... more
The best ! Teachers are wonderful. Kind but challenging and true to the Bikram method. Clean facility, towels and a mat and lock included with every class. Shout out to Crystal, Liz, Linnea and Jason!.... more
Permanently closed.. I went to this gym for about 3 years. It's good given the location. Hard to find a lot of space for a shop in downtown Berkeley. But it's not the nicest 24 Hour Fitness I've ever been to.... more
