very bad first time experience, I was turned away because I didn't arrive 15 mins before class. I wasn't being refunded as well. I never got an email from them on what to expect on the first class.
I've gone here for over a dozen lessons or whatever you wanna call them. They do a really good job and the whole place is very nice and they even have cold water and towels. The only problem if you ask me is that the music is too loud sometimes.
I literally went there ONCE and I was told I was paying one price and got charged another without being notified. I was also charged on an incorrect day AND it took 10 days for there computer system to simply honor my credentials to sign up for rides in the beginning!! I went in there to cancel. Of course, you can't cancel without giving 30 days notice (I gave them 25, apparently it wasn't enough for them) so they can charge you again. I'm supposed to know more than a month before that I want to cancel?? So, I paid over $200 for one ride there and they tried to explain to me how the error was mine. I organize many outdoor activities in the Bay Area and am well connected with many groups and gyms. This may have been my worst experience. I know customer service and this was not it. I RARELY post these sorts of posts but this place, deserves it. HORRIBLE service. Won't be the last they here from me and I'm not the first person I've heard them do this too.
This is a 5* review for Vicki - she is a fabulous instructor, always brings so much energy to her class (never waivers!). Her classes are well planned and she empowers you to do your best. A strong, powerful woman who inspires me! THANK YOU VICKI!

Great cycling studio in Berkeley. The concept is similar to Soul Cycle. Their bikes are quite advanced. You can see the data from your ride afterwards: how many calories, rpm, distance, etc. They also give you free water bottles, bananas and can lend you shoes for the bike.

Fun way to exercise. The instructors are enthusiastic and equipment and space first class. Only drawback is cost. But you get what you pay for.
No free parking around, there is parking few blocks away but you have to pay. You check in on tablets, grab your shoes, get a locker. Nice studio, loud music, dark, lights. The girls on front desk are sometimes helpful but sometimes makes you feel like if they really explain well and sometimes you can't understand what they are saying because they skip parts. I saw that not everyone who is new at the place has common sense and need more patience to understand what a first class mean, what a new place and concept is. So girls from the front desk... be more patient, not everything is obvious! I go there more than 3 times a week and every new person comes to us to ask again what was just "explained" because they didn't get it. Always glad to help but not my job.
Each teacher gives you a different workout and I come out of every class dripping sweat.
