Everyone from the front desk staff to the instructor was very supportive and I enjoyed working out at my own pace yet still challenging myself. Love coming here anytime I have the chance. I work super early so the convenience is a huge plus. Restrooms and showers are always clean, plenty of towels and sanitizing wipes as well as maintained equipment.... more
Needs dumbbells through 50 lbs and a bench that goes completely flat. With those additions it would be a decent weekend workout spot for people that work out at other 24 hour fitness locations during the week.... more
The rec program has great options for my kids. There are sports and activities that keep them busy all summer long at camp, and evening activities during the school year. Some of the classes are taught at a very introductory level, and the staff can have difficulty dealing with bored students, but most of our experiences with these programs has been very positive.... more
