This place is a rip-off. Complete rip-off and scam. I paid them $700. I went to 3 classes, got a chronic health issue which put me out of doing jiu jitsu pretty permanently and they wouldn't refund me ANY of the money back.... more

one of my favorite studios in the area, the instructors are awesome.. Word of wisdom: Never underestimate taking a class at Pilate Plus!!! It's definitely not your average Pilates studio, after all it's "Lagree", In my own words, Lagree means "hardcore/challenging/I can barely do it" :) I love Pilate Plus and it's honestly one of the most challenging core workout I have ever done! I really get sore pretty much after each class and feel like I REALLY had a workout! I have tried other Pilates studios and was NEVER this challenged physically! Some instructors are harder than others and some are more attentive than others too.... more

Really bad service...did not enjoy the people or equipment. Was my first Soul Cycle experience got off the plane last night and on a bike this morning great way to fight jet lag. Class was positive the staff helps you set up your bike they have shoes included in price and lockers for your phone.... more
I visited this yoga studio for the Inner Engineering program hosted by Isha Foundation. The studio is well-designed and has a lot of facilities and props. I like the aesthetics too.... more

The next best things are the sauna and steam room, which it seems hard to come by clean saunas and steam rooms at most gyms unless you're paying a fat premium . They do their best to keep it nice and clean, and I always see someone in the lady's locker room cleaning things up.... more
