The instructors are very helpful... I will be coming back!. I like that the only one I ever experienced at Yoga Shelter, is very open and not so rugged with "rules". I actually took a yoga class at the gym where the teacher told us we all had to have the front of our yoga mats lined up with each other in a straight line.... more
