Alliance Training Center is a great gym for both CrossFit and for Krav Maga. I have worked out here for the past 3 1/2 years and have experienced their CrossFit program (both through private training and classes) and their Krav Maga program (through private lessons). It is the most fun gym that I've ever trained at, and that's comparing it to about 30 different gyms that I have trained at over the course of my life.
The one aspect of the Alliance Training Center that sets it leagues above every other gym is its amazing and collegial community of coaches and gym members. Everyone at this gym is down-to-earth and friendly and genuinely welcoming. When I first started training at Alliance and was a relative beginner in CrossFit, this welcoming environment of people really helped me and encouraged me as I learned how to master the CrossFit basics, particularly since I am not the most coordinated person when it comes to athletics! Alliance is a supportive gym, where everyone cheers each other on in the workouts--it's not a negatively competitive or unfriendly place at all. I think that this culture is a reflection of John and Vivian, the owners, who are both very nice people. There are lots of good people here!
The coaches at Alliance are quite knowledgeable too, and are willing to give all sorts of advice and pointers about workouts, how to improve form, stretching, dieting, and even referrals to masseurs and acupuncturists. I feel like the coaches genuinely care about helping me, and others, to meet our respective goals. I have worked out in many different CrossFit gyms around the country (I travel a lot for work) and not all CrossFit coaches are as friendly and helpful as the ones are at Alliance.
