the changing/shower facilities are a joke, it is very small, showers are by the urinals, and dirty. There is a curtain covering the inside of the door to prevent customers from looking in when the door is opened.... more
This is one of the best studios I have practiced at and I am fortunate to have enjoyed practicing at multiple studios around the country..Is a little bit pricey, BUT definitely worth it! Especially love classes with Breezy but all instructors are great! Such a friendly place :).... more
Great place to work out if you're at Camp Robinson..I always get a good workout here, spacious locker room, good showers, sauna room, racket ball, etc etc.Nice center with friendly staff.... more
Great place to work out. Instructors are very knowledgeable and are willing to work with anyone who shows up and puts in the effort. I'm a seasoned martial artist in another more traditional discipline and the instructors have been incredibly patient and helpful as I've worked hard to adapt to a more relevant self-defense fighting style.... more
