My membership at 10 Fitness JFK is coming upon 5 years and every week has been worth it. Super friendly and knowledgable staff. This gym is a place where people become acquainted, positive, driven and hopeful. 10 Fitness has become a part of my life routine and has all the equipment necessary for a complete workout. Crowding can occur at peak times during the day but any workout can be worked in anytime.

i liked this gym while i could go, but i tried to cancel months ago, but was told the only way to do so is to go into a location. this is a scam. so, since due to a lot of stuff going on in my life at the moment, i have been being billed each month. still. AND they just charged me for the yearly fee. i haven't been here in over a year. i signed up in 2015 and even though i need to cancel now, i knew i'd sign up again in the future when life calmed down. not now. this is literally the only thing in my life i cannot take care of online. in 2020.
UPDATE:
no, this is a way to try to get people to still pay you money when they cannot get by there and in hopes you can push them into not cancelling. it feels very scammy to me.

It's nice but doesn't have the movie rooms like other locations. I like cycling while watching a movie in a dark room. I did like the bike with the hand pedals. But didn't go often enough to justify the cost.

Amazing facility and classes with a supportive and helpful staff! For the last 3 years, I've attended weekly yoga classes that have changed my life in so many ways. This has allowed for me to not only stretch but an important part of my training to run marathons! Thanks for being in business!!

Been going here for some years and have to say I always love the environment and the energy in the gym. Its always clean and staff is always helpful. Not to mention all that you get with the different packages when you sign up. Awesome experience everytime!!

I have been going here for 4 years. I love the environment, the friendly staff, and friends that I have made. It is always clean, music is nice, and equiptment is always available. If you have any questions you can always ask a staff member ... they will always help you no matter what. The kids room seems pretty nice for parents to drop their children off at too! I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get healthier.

Gym is spotless and atmosphere is great! All the equipment you could ever need . Feels like a real gym. Employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Personal Trainers really know what they're doing.

Love the MIXXEDFIT classes! The massage chair was broken for the bottom half of body, but the TV in the room was amazing!

Let's be honest....This was the first location and it was a hit then....Now, it is the worst location. It is cramped and lacks the quality of the newer 10 fitness locations. You are still paying $10 for less. No Cinema room, No ladies workout room, Lack of weight machines and lack of space makes this location horrible. If you go to University and then come back to NLR, you will understand. Equipment is old. Needs an update or new location. The goodwill and Dollar tree are not moving so there is no room to expand. Dear management, the old Savers location is available.

If you decide to join 10 - do so at a legit facility. This location is independently owned. The equipment is horrid. The facility is dirty. The management is misleading and when you question a charge you were not made aware of, the response is "I guess I should have told you that, huh". Join the University location... it is GREAT!! The staff is wonderful, the facility is spotless and I have yet to find a machine that does not work.
