Very knowledgeable on everything 10 fitness. The assessment was tough but I leaned a lot about my body and never underestimate myself on what I can do when it comes to physical activity. I really liked the atmosphere with no judgment .
Staff are really cool the facility is very nice can't wait to get there train hard
Update: I went back after being contacted by the manager, who told me that they did in fact offer monthly memberships and that I should come by the next time I got a chance. I was then met with the same woman who told me that the did not on my previous visit. She asked me to go back to my car to get the email from the manager to prove what he said (implying that I was lying ). I did so, and she willingly offered to sign me up. Obviously, she herself was lying in order to get out of doing her job. The one star is given on behalf of this negligent employee . I think it is about time that I got a private gym.
They do not under any circumstance offer month-to-month memberships.
I was in Little Rock for a semester (4 months), and would like to have come here; there are not many better options neighboring this place.
This place is huge with an almost endless amount of exercise machines and whatnot. My favorite part is the Cinema section where you're able to focus on cardio while you watch a great movie! They always choose recent and popular sections. They offer a kids section of the place where kids are looked over. They also offer classes for zumba. Everything you would want in a gym at a good price!
Really enjoy the movie theater cardio.
I workouts Monday through Friday and for the most part is the same staff they are friendly and I love this location the only thing they really need to pay attention this the restrooms and towel to clean after work out other then that this location is great

Great gym, tons of space, and great staff. Love the huge cardio movie room!
Some of the equipment is sometimes missing clips (cable machines), but other than that small complaint, everything is great.
Cardio room is spacious and group classes, especially Zumba, are fun and inviting.

Great place! Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
Clean gym with a lot of space, they have a movie theather you can run on the treadmill in. They have a womens only room and the place is always clean. I do not like the requirement of registering a bank account.
Great place to work out. The machines are usually free and the Cardio Movie Room is awesome.
Actually never worked out at this location, however I do set in parking lot and eat like a hog while watching people go into jog!! Lol No pun intended all 10 Fitness Locations have great staff and lots to do.

This is my home gym. I escape for me time there, enjoy a movie with walk, massage and a great workout.

10 Fitness is a 24-hour fitness center during the week I wish they were also 24 hours on the weekend. Most all their locations are set up similar some of their locations have child care available during select hours. A few of their locations of cardio movie rooms with treadmills and exercise bikes while you watch a movie. They have three different levels of membership. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is saunas and steam rooms and I wouldn't care if they just had one location that had it I would drive to that location.

I am displeased with 10 Fitness! I spoke with a guy in October 2017 that was supposed to be a manager. I was trying to find out how much my annual fee would be and when they would be taking out these fees from my checking account....well the guy left me on hold for awhile to look up my acct. information. He came back and stated to me that I've been a long time customer and I won't have to pay an annual fee. That I will still be billed $21._ _ monthly. Today is Dec. 15th and while reviewing my acct. I see that I was billed a annual fee yesterday; that came expectantly. I don't appreciate being lied to nor receiving any information about refunding my money, because I want to cancel my membership. To add insult to injury, I called the Colonel Glenn location where I opened my membership and this idiot, young guy named Kaleb answers the phone and is so unprofessional; telling me that there is no manager present and there won't be anyone to help me because the managers are all out until Monday. I asked for their names and he told me Chris and Jacob. I need the number to the corporate office!

I love this gym. Their staff is awesome and their equipment is top of the line in a spacious surrounding and safe environment.
The best gym in the region. I'm not a gym rat but this location is big and spacious, so it leaves me with a feeling that I'm not fighting to work out. So many gyms are too small.
My only concern is that the TVs seem to be always running home improvement shows. Weird.

I love 10 Fitness on University! I randomly joined my mom one day when she was going there and ended up signing up for personal training and I have loved it ever since. The staff are all amazing, very friendly, and ready to help you with any problem. And not only that, this gym is also very clean and full of many different machines and weights to help you achieve your best workout. If you have had any trouble picking out a gym for you, I suggest this one because in my opinion it is the best.
There are very few places anymore that strive for excellence, I think 10 fitness makes a strong attempt. They have the "cheers" affect, ( the tv show cheers,-"you want to go where people know your name") is the concept. Recipient of this is an awesome feeling, when greeted with a smile and your name. This doesn't happen every time but it's awesome when it does, my name is unusual, so when April and the staff say it, it's a big surprise. Joe and the staff ,greet me in the mornings ,with the same enthusiasm. I'm in the customer service business, and I know the effort to keep a good team of people, so keep up the good work. I love the new location, you all do a good job of keeping it clean. Sign Gym Rat
Best gym atmosphere in Little Rock! And lots of elbow room so you can zone out and get it in.
