Awesome gym! Coached very well! I felt like i had someone always behind me to motivate me to push myself to get the best results! I normally go to Eos fitness and wanted to try something different for a change! Great workouts, always kept my heart rate up, creative workouts which made me challange myself to beat myself the next round! Fencing is a great sport for kids. My son has the chance to get trained by the coaches here in the BASIS elementary school. Guess what, he's hooked on fencing after that. It's a fast sport, the training help him to concentrate better, react faster, and working hard to focus on the end goal.... more
