Great place to learn some self defense! The instructors are helpful and clear, the workout is intense but not crazy, and everyone is really supportive and welcoming. There's a good number of options for class times, and I appreciate that they keep track of what you've gone over at each class, since I've learned at some places that aren't that structured.... more

In my opinion, it's the best yoga studio in Tempe. Maybe the best I've been to in the US. I love this studio and all of the instructors I've had. Dusty is incredible..
