Boxing gym is a great spot to visit. Was in town for the weekend and is stopped by to check this place out. The owners wife greeted me and was super welcoming and friendly. I booked a day there ($10) and started hitting the pads. One of the coaches helped me with the speed bag and his coaching helped me hit it consistently. Great gym! Would recommend stopping by this place for a workout. The coaches offer personal training sessions that next time I might give a try. Overall, happy with stopping by here. Would definitely recommend.
I have been going to Iron Gloves on and off for about 17 years. Joe trained my sons when they were young. They have always fit me in their schedule and always had top notch trainers! I am 56 years old now and love this gym!
I would recommend Iron Gloves to anyone who wants to compete or get in the best shape of their lives! The photo attached is just after I left last year to take a break.
I read one of the reviews and have to say that anyone who thinks they are anything but kind and professional, probably needs to look at their own attitude.
Renene is one of the nicest people I know. She always has something nice to say, returns my calls and fits me in their schedule.
Anyone would be hard pressed to find a better boxing gym!
Found this awesome gym to train in when I visit Phx. Great rates. Excellent instruction. Super clean. People actually put their weights away here and police their own sweat by carrying towels. High standards all around. I feel really lucky to have found this place.
The experience from has been great even with the initial phone call. staff is so helpful. Extremely affordable for the quality of training you receive. I would give 20 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Ive been coming for a few months now and along with a healthier diet I have lost 40 lbs with the help of the Boot camp class. The owners are so friendly and remember your name from day one, you really feel that they care! Very reasonable rates for the class. Highly recommend!

I have been going to IronGloves for over a year now and this place has been great to say the least. The 1-on-1 sessions are fantastic especially for someone looking to get proper technique down and they do have other options as well. The gym rules are pretty straightforward and the staff has always been accommodating to my schedule. Glad I found my gym!

First time going to a boxing gym and it was better than expected. Staff is very patient and professional when teaching you how to box. Prices are better than your traditional gym. Overall a better experience than any gym I have had a membership at.
This is my favorite gym I have ever been to, I have trained 1-on-1 with Chris on and off for about a year and attended open gym as well. Renene and Joe are so nice and they run a great operation, all of the trainers are super friendly and welcoming to people of all skill levels. If you've never wore a pair of boxing gloves in your life, or if you've boxed for years, either way you will love this gym. The equipment is all top of the line and the gym is always clean. The staff is always really helpful and it is a fun environment, everyone is smiling and laughing every day you're there, not to mention it is one of the best workouts you can do!! The prices for open gym and personal training are much cheaper than anything else you will find in the valley (I've looked) and when you come here you are supporting a family owned business not some big chain gym. Can't say enough about this place, come support this locally owned boxing gym and get a great workout, you will not regret it!!
I have wanted to start boxing for a while now, and went into IronGloves for a test session (since it got great reviews and was close to my house). I immediately loved it and signed up for personal training (and so did my roommate). It has only been a month or so of training, and I already feel like I have a great understanding of the sport and have came a long way. Highly recommend this gym for anyone trying to learn the sport of boxing, or even if you just want to get whipped into shape!
Have done personal training here for 3 months and just started up again. Very clean and everyone is so nice and trainers are good!! Definitely better than the other gyms I've went to
It all started with a challenge from my stepfather. Now 12 years later I'm still 100% addicted to pushing myself to be the best boxer/athlete I can be. I trained with Joe, the owner, personally for 8 years he is easily one of the most honest, humble, and caring people I've met. Without Irongloves I wouldn't be half the man I am today. If you're wanting to learn boxing, self defense, or get in better shape this gym will rise to your expectations. Remember you get what you put in.
IronGloves Boxing Gym has been training me in the sweet science for over 2 years. The gym and bathrooms are kept spotless, equipment well maintained, and a boxing family atmosphere the will embrace you no matter your skill level. I have personally trained with Tommy and the owner Joe, I have grown to admire these guys as not only are they extremely knowledgeable in boxing, but they are honest and compassionate people, rare qualities these days.
