We attend open gym occasionally here and have always had a blast! Coaches are all over to help keep an eye on kids and show correct moves if needed, but mostly parent guided. We haven't had the opportunity to attend classes yet but live the staff so we look forward to when we can add that to our schedules.... more
I love coming here. It is clean and the temperature is always perfect. Nice private restrooms and clean too. This gym is never over crowded, the times that i go. Lots and lots of assorted equipment to suit your needs.... more
THESE PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I've been trying to pay them but they act like they don't want your money.. A great value, not overwhelming. The music isnt too loud so I can hear what I want on my headphones.... more

LA fitness totally ruined this place. Took out one of the squat racks and now everyone has to wait forever. Jam packed the old equipment together and took out some great machines to make a huge crossfit area that nobody uses.... more

This place is closing and God forbid the regulars want to use the facility before then. Who has time to restrict their workouts to 8am until 8pm? Most "normal" folks work and like to go 1st thing in the morning.... more
Love working out here. They have some free weights if you want to work on that tone. But my favorite is the classes. I used to do some kickboxing and Muay Thai when I was younger, but now I just like to do mitt and bag work and get a good sweat on.... more
I joined this gym when someone else took over. A couple owns it now and totally remodel it. It's very nice!! I love the owners they are very nice and caring people. I get along with all the staff members to the point I feel like they are my second family.... more
Mesa Mountainside is the best Mountainside, all of the equipment is great and the gym is so spacious. The floor is always clean and the locker rooms are always stocked with towels! The staff is super friendly and management always takes care of whatever concerns pop up! Would always recommend Mesa Mountainside!!!!.... more
This gym closed it doors and shut down over night. Not a word to members. This is the second location to close up without notifying their members that I know of. The first was on Lindsay and Williamsfield! I like their equipment, but closing down a gym without giving notice?!!? Not worth joining, too unreliable.... more
I was very disappointed in this place. It's just a gimmick to get people in so they can take your money. Unrealistic goals.. and when you dont reach the goal you lose your money and/or get stuck with a 140$ membership.... more
Opens early so we can get in before it gets crowded. Loads of machines and equipment.. "Real people" looking for Real results" ! Everyone is very friendly. The staff is awesome!!... more
I have been practicing in this facility and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is nice how they have hoops and nets. As a player at Park University and practicing here everyday, the courts are nice and contained all the equipment we needed to have fun and successful practices.... more
Some poor management decisions on what equipment to add and to get rid of. Seriously get a trainer to take inventory at all the clubs, not some staff that does not workout. Is the grass greener on other side? For me the abundance of locations keeps me coming back.... more
Clean and pretty well maintained. Nice because it's never packed and it isn't the type of gym where people come to socialize. Doesn't have a ton of amenities, but if you're looking for a solid place to work out, this is your spot.... more
