This gym is so clean and nice! They have so many classes and all the equipment you need (they even provide yoga mats without the need for rental)!! The employees are amazing and make you feel like you are an important part of the 1440 family. I 100% recommend this gym, i have absolutely loved my experiences.
As a former NFL player, I am always looking for a great gym to workout 24hrs a day. This is the place for sure. Its super clean has the best equipment and a very large free weight area.
Great gym. Nice new equipment including Rogue power racks and huge turf room (not area - entire huge room with TRX, plyoboxes, kettle bells, etc.) Staff is friendly, place is clean, and it's easy to work out here and actually use the stuff you want to use. Major improvements with Fitness 1440 taking over, now an awesome place to work out.
Love they offer silver sneakers program for us seniors. This is not one of those gyms you don't feel comfortable in at all. Very helpful and the video tutorials on the equipment makes it a breeze. highly recommend this gym
Great gym!. Gave me a free trail and I was hooked. They have the best in workout equipment, if you are not sure how to use something each piece has a video tutorial. love the TRX maps and the HIIT training. Highly recommend this place.
I love going to fitness1440. Has much more things for people to use to stay healthy and fit.
That means a lot to me. Very laid back staff ready to help with any questions.
Clean and affordable, this has been our neighborhood gym for several years now.
Completely terrible customer service and gym etiquette. The gym was almost empty. It was my very first day. I was doing military over head presses in the squat rack. Some random idiot approaches me and says I shouldn't be doing presses in the squat rack. Mind you that the gym is pretty much empty. I make the dude look stupid and decide to leave. Management wouldn't give me a refund. 20 dollars for a 3 day pass. Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been lifting for 13 years and have never been so disrespected. You do not piss people off during their workouts. That's the golden rule of going to the gym. People are there to deflate. Not have moronic beta males try and use broscience on people with their YouTube knowledge. No

Pleanty of knowlegabel people willing to answere your question. AND THE PRICE... KIDDY CARE. AND metal tunes. Pop and what ever you prference to gut you pumped. Just starting , intermediate, o fulll blown master blaster. No attitudes that i notice. ED Young.....price is nice

Love the atmosphere and the gym but I have lost faith in ever having a personal trainer anywhere due to my experience with having one here. Didn't feel like the trainer cared as much about my fitness goals as I did.

Great place, mornings are not busy and in the evening when it is busy it doesn't feel packed which I love! Child care is great, staff is great.! There will always be People who have something to complain about. As for my family and I we are very pleased and appreciate the staff! Affordable, and great!

Read the reviews here. Cancelling is a nightmare. Only sign up for a membership if you want it for life. You have to actually see the manager in person, who then gives you a form that you fill out and then wait to process. Which doesn't always go through (funny huh?) All the while they're taking money from your account for a service you aren't even using anymore.

Cancelling should be as easy as a phone call. I actually had to change my debit card at my bank.

Miss this place because I am in Romania now.
Very disappointed, I explained to their personnel my personal situation and offered to pay next months payment if I could cancel my membership. She pretty much told me that there was nothing I could do to cancel except buy out the whole contract. They aren't very understanding and definitely NOT willing to accommodate you! I would love to go to the gym but my situation doesn't allow me to and now I'm stuck paying this membership for a full year. I WONT BE SIGNING UP AGAIN!
I was happy with the gym while we used it. Not the greatest and childcare was extremely simplistic. You do get what you pay for. However good luck trying to cancel your membership if you move! I've been getting the run around about "incorrect documentation" and the same person trying to cancel the membership for illness when I'm doing it because of moving. Plus when I called the customer care number there was no record of the email communication that had taken place. What should have been a simple process became complicated and a headache. Buyer beware.

I'm not exactly the most physically fit person in the world, but I didn't want to throw off the progress I'd been making back home, so I sucked it up and did a quick search. I saw that this place was nearby so I decided to give it a try. I was a little hesitant since I didn't really know the area, but I am so glad I happened to find this place. I was quickly greeted when I walked in. The staff was super nice and welcoming, which definitely made all of the difference. A trainer by the name of Jacobo took the time to show me around so I wasn't completely lost. I truly appreciated the kind staff and the several friendly faces I saw around the gym. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
I LOVE Blast Fitness! I have had a membership for a little over a year now and don't plan on stopping any time soon. The staff is very friendly to both me and my son who stays in the kids room while I work out. The gym is clean and there is always equipment available to work out on. I am never stuck waiting. I never feel judged or like people are watching me while I work out. My membership is a great deal with babysitting, one unlimited guest pass, tanning, and sauna all included in the monthly fee. It's the perfect gym for me and I am so happy I found it!
Gym is great. Day care is awesome my girls always have fun in there. And me and my wife enjoy the boot camp class on Saturdays with matt
Blast Fitness in MESA, AZ is by far the best gym experience I've had!! The staff is super nice and helpful and the equipment is always available without a huge crowd making me feel uncomfortable. I recommend anyone near or in the mesa area to check out this magnificent gym and all the good vibes and advice the employees offer. Thanks again !!!
This is the best gym I've ever been to. It's not overly crowded, it's very clean and the staff is great. Their personal trainers are awesome, I had one named Matt for three months and he was great at helping me learn how to push myself without making myself get sick. The sessions we're great and he was really good at helping me work around my own disabilities. :)
