This is a great place to go to get into shape if you haven't been active, have had heart problems or recovering from an injury. People from all ages go there to work out. The staff are friendly and will help you with an exercise routine to help you get on the right track.... more
Warehouse Performance CrossFit is by far the best gym I've ever been to in Montgomery, and I've been to A LOT. The trainers are great, the coaches are there to help you and work with you on all skill levels, and the facility is very nice compared to the usual "CrossFit gym.... more
This is an amazingly supportive and motivating gym. The owners really know what they're doing, and are great trainers, giving you enough feedback to make sure you're not going to hurt yourself, and tailoring workouts to your skill/health level.... more

It's a nice gym. Great for beginners, I like the hours and it's really clean. The hydro massage chair is the best and they have a sauna type machine that tones the muscles too. The customer service is great too.... more
It was okay...I liked the the scale and blood pressure machines that were available . The aerobic room was nice which included weights and jump rope.. They could use some newer equipment.... more
Shame on this gym for remaining open during a shutdown. Gyms carry a bunch of germs and viruses, why in the world would you continue to operate and put AL at risk just you so can continue to charge fees! Pathetic.... more
