You can get an after hours card so you can go to the gym whenever you want when they're closed..The staff there is great and always willing to help. The gym itself is a bit dated. But there are plenty of machines to choose from, and its always very clean.... more
It's a nice gym. Great for beginners, I like the hours and it's really clean. The hydro massage chair is the best and they have a sauna type machine that tones the muscles too. The customer service is great too.... more
It was okay...I liked the the scale and blood pressure machines that were available . The aerobic room was nice which included weights and jump rope..They could use some newer equipment.... more
