Warehouse Performance CrossFit is by far the best gym I've ever been to in Montgomery, and I've been to A LOT. The trainers are great, the coaches are there to help you and work with you on all skill levels, and the facility is very nice compared to the usual "CrossFit gym." I've been at WP CrossFit for 3 years now and can't speak highly enough of coaching and staff. The members treat everyone like family and welcome new faces. It's a convenient location because it's right off the interstate in Montgomery, and they have a performance training classes for kids so it's great for all ages. Love me some WP CrossFit!!!
Warehouse Performance is the best CrossFit gym in town. Not only is Alex (owner) and his team knowledgeable, but they are also encouraging in their approach. Alex is a Christian that loves his customers and treats everyone with respect. He works with everyone from professional athletes to working professionals like myself. You won't go wrong with WP CrossFit.
