I cannot rave about MobTown CrossFit enough. The coaches and the facility are simply amazing. The coaches have worked with me in my efforts to lose weight. In my first year I lost 40lbs! They put our daughter in a pin alone and left her crying for an hour watching other kids play around her. They did not come get us and had been told the last time they did this we ate not okay with it, to get us instead and we will take her.... more
