I swipe my card and open the door. The lights come on. The hair bands begin to play. I step through the entrance, and into another dimension. Time and space are left behind, as I ascend into a higher domain of reps and kilograms.
Quality equipment surrounds me. Though I am spoiled for choice, I choose a station. As I adjust my weights, I feel a gaze upon me. I turn to meet it. A wall of champions stare back, with determination and approval. I add more weight... to remain worthy.
As you hoist here, hoist proudly. As you exhale, exhale with reverence! This is no mere 1-on-1 personal training, supplement and exercise equipment selling, 24-hour access fitness center with smoothie cafe. No. This is a shrine of greatness!
Working out at Jason's is the best part of my week! I love the atmosphere there, everyone feels like family.
I've been training at Jason's for 39 years. I've visited other clubs to see what they have to offer and none of them have the atmosphere and staff like Jason's. Jason's also has the best mix of equipment and free weights of any club I have seen. I addition to the staff, the members are great, which adds to the overall atmosphere at Jason's.
Best gym in Mobile! Love the atmosphere here. The equipment is clean, it's never crowded, and the staff really goes above and beyond. An added perk - some days you might even be greeted by the gym pups!
My job brought me to Foley for a couple of weeks and I was so thankful to find Jason's Fitness so I could continue my training. Jason took the time to ask about my current training regime and was able to develop a routine specific to my needs and capability. My trainer Josh, was keen on spotting my areas of weakness and strength and worked with Jason in customizing my workouts further to target the areas needed most. Thank you Jason and Josh!

This gym is amazing. I spent seven months training here and I wish I could go back. The staff are both knowledge and courteous. I've been to many gyms in my travels, Jason's is by far my favorite. It was never crowded, the other members were always friendly and willing to spot. If I could give more stars I would.

At age 65 (and retired) with professions in the freight business and 36 years in the oil field, trauma from accidents outside of work (that included broken legs), along with surgeries on both shoulders, I thought "this is it, live with it". I was wrong.
Needed all the help that I could get, and got it!
Noticing couples of my age group working together, and have hopes that my wife will join in the near future.

Love the gym its very hard to find a gym that actually never crowded Jasons Fitness provides just that along with friendly staff and HIGHLY CLEANED AREA and Equipment. Great GYM and MEMBERS so if your in Foley or Mobile area don't hesitate drop in.
I Love this Gym!! I've been here for about a year and a half now and couldn't be happier with it. It is hardly every busy, and it is really convenient having the 24 hour access. The Boot Camps here are pretty cool too, a cheaper alternative to personal trainers, but all the hard work and accountability of one. The tanning beds here are good too, they just got a 10 minute stand up bed that I'm pretty impressed with. Overall great place to work out.
Jason's Fitness is hands down the best Health Club in mobile. I have been a member going on 10 years now, and I can truly see why this club has been around for 36 years. It is never crowded, and I cannot tell you how convenient 24/7 access is. Especially on the holidays. The members are always so friendly, they have truly become family to me. The staff here know you by name, and are always eager to help. Another thing that is great about Jason's is a majority of the staff are personal trainers, so there is always a helping hand with advice on work outs, how to use certain machines, or even if you just need a spot. Jason is also an equipment dealer so we are constantly getting brand new state of the art equipment. If a piece of equipment goes missing, the members don't worry because we know something bigger and better will be taking its place. Ive also recently started taking Jason's line of supplements. Not only are they high quality but it is also very convenient not having to wait a week for online supplements to come in, or even making an out of the way drive to gnc. Gym, Personal Training, Fitness Equipment, Supplements. Jason's Fitness is truly the one stop shop.
I absolutely enjoyed my gym experience. The front counter lady Kelly was extremely pleasant and helpful. Then the equipment is a mix of new and old (well maintained ) that all gel well together. I will go again
Jason's Fitness is awesome! I travel a lot between mobile and Baldwin county, so I workout at both clubs often. Both facility's are great, but they just dumped some serious money into the Foley location. Brand new Indoor basketball court (2015), New equipment, Constantly getting new supplements in the shop. No Doubt, Best gym I've ever been a member off! The staff is always friendly, equipment is always clean, and doors are open rain or shine 365. What more could you ask for?!
Absolutely love this gym!! It feels like a second home. The staff and members are highly friendly and feel like a family. Very nice equipment and a good variety that most gyms don't have (chains, battle ropes, etc). They have a smoothie bar and small store as well, so you get all your before and after gym needs. 24/7 access so it fits any schedule. Jason's is by far the best gym I have ever stepped in, with the nicest "gym clique" I could image. 10/10!!

Lets see...24/7 Access, Boot Camps, Basketball Court, Tanning Beds (both lying and standing by the way), Sauna, Team (Group) Training, and One-on-One Personal Training. If that was all it would be enough, but that's not all. A Great Smoothie awaits you for after your workout...my favorite the Chunky Monkey!
This place is great. Its not a large box chain gym with no personality. This is a place to come train and get fit with all the tools to do so. But also a place to come and have a good time while you work out. Tell Kelly at the front desk that Darrell sent you! And I'll see you at Jason's Fitness!
