Great place to take your kids. Adults can join in the fun as well. More than just a trampoline park. It has trampoline dodgeball, go-carts, foam jousting, and an obstacle course. Good exercise and a good way to spend time with your family which is something this country seems to have forgotten about.
I took my brother to Urban Air for his 8th birthday & he really enjoyed it. We jumped & played & rode in the go carts together & overall had a good experience. I would say maybe lowering the price by a few dollars will help people that have big families & or those who are on a budget.
This place is so amazing! Definitely the best trampoline park out of all of them, even Trussville! The staff is so kind and actually play with my kids, even over the weekend when we went and they were super busy. The managers were out helping the staff and I love seeing that because I remember my days working jobs like that. I always really enjoyed the environments where the management was working just as hard as the staff, and it doesn't go unnoticed! I had contact with a lot of the staff and the managers introduced themselves, I remember the customer service manager and the GM were so lovely. We love Urban Air and the kids are already asking to go back Friday!
What a nice place. It's clean, staff is friendly, pricing isn't to bad. Only thing I could say is they need to update one of there attractions! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, front desk staff was happy to explain everything pricing wise and help me pick out the best option for my family. The one staff member, I think his name was Michael, played dodge ball with my kids! The managers working were also very helpful, Jessie helped me open my locker because I could not work it for the life of me. She also came out and asked multiple times if I was doing okay and if I needed anything! The other manager Makensay, who was upfront, answered all the questions I had about birthday parties! Everyone here are such sweethearts! So if you want great customer service and a fun time for the kids, I highly recommend coming here!!
Overall a fun place for the kids. I took 2 girls age 12 Sunday afternoon at 3:00. Not very crowded pretty quick check in. Wavers were signed before arrival electronically. Activities are starting to show considerable ware.
The reason for only three stars is for the lack of cleanliness. The food court was very unkept in the customer sitting area. In Over 2.5 hrs no one attempted to sweep up food or paper off the floor or clean tables. Out of 12 round tables 7 were very dirty, 2 of the 12 were occupied.
Three workers were behind the food court counter with no customers waiting and not one attempted to clean the dining area. The bar at the food court counter had old food and trash on it the entire time we were there.
Staffing in the activity area overall was good.
Management needs to clean house with the food court employees. Management should inspect areas hourly.
Nice place to bring your kids and relax! There's so much to do for all ages. My little girl had a blast with her friends. The facility was very clean and cool. Prices for the jump zone are reasonable. But the go-karts are expensive to me but it looks really cool. I might try it out anyway. Nice Mother's Day spent!

My friend and I had an excellent time racing and jumping. This is a clean and well maintained facility. Zeneta was very helpful and made sure we had a good time.

The young lady assigned to help was very competent and took charge of everything. I have never had such excellent help! The food was great and the place was very clean. All the staff were polite and went beyond my expectations to make the party a success. I highly recommend Urban Air!

I took my neice and nephew on a Saturday night and they loved it. The staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely take the kids back
My kids and I use to come here all the until my kids got bored with it. We recently decided to visit with my daughter basketball team on this day it wasn't really crowded I sat in a spot where my kids could see me my son came up to me stumbling I asked him was he ok he said he was dizzy and couldn't see some a group of boys walk by and said you want some more the other boy says nawl he don't want know more and started to laugh me not knowing they where talking about my son after I made my son sit down he said they jumped him in dodge ball instead of them all playing together they teamed up on him I was so upset I confronted the boys because I didn't see them with a adult that was wrong on my part later their mom or whoever she was confronts me about confronting them she then ask me how old he is then says I should keep in the house if he can't handle playing and goes on to say she if that was her son she would of gave him a ice bag and kept it moving I want to tell the manager and ask for a refund he says they don't do refunds and he can give my son some water and a free pass also the staff wasn't supervising the dodge ballarea are nothing else he later got staff to get in positions after my son was jump want ever visit this place again

I purchased the Ultimate package for my kids and I'm writing this review while they are jumping on a Sat afternoon. From the front desk to the race car area to the trampoline floor to the concession stand customers are coming in second place to conversations the staff are having among each other or any other distractions. I had to ask the guy at concessions for my change because he took my money and immediately started conversating with another worker turning his back to me. There is no enthusiasm shown by the staff yet they are working in an advertised "fun" environment. I'm literally watching a worker watch a child do back flips in the foam pit and not say anything to them or the kids running. As other reviews have shared, the space is dirty as well. Also, I'm pretty positive I wasn't asked to sign or create a waiver (bad business). We will not return.

Great place to spend time with the family and friends. Some of the staff is friendly but majority of them are very tedious, so expect a long waiting line to get in. Once you get past the entrance and the front counter to get in the play area, everything will be great. It is most definitely worth the wait, for both, kids and adults. Worth checking out.
I own the children's entertainment company 205 Fun and we are there quite often performing characters and face painting. I have always had a very pleasant experience there and I have never seen the parents dissatisfied. (Our customers usually tell us when something goes wrong or blames it on us when their venue has an issue...lol). Also I really appreciate Urban Jumps for allowing the customers to bring in their own characters and face painters because not many facilities allow that any more!!! Thumbs up Urban Jumps!!
I Reserve a party for my son 3rd birthday.the party host JP McMullan was confused on everything we ask him,party started at 6pm, we got there 5 my minutes early and he still haven't set nothing up ,the pizza was hard/over cooked, he kept forgetting about our 10 bottles of water and 10 Capri Sun we added on,he forgot to give us our private dodgeball games,I had to ask three times about it when he finally let us play,it was nothing private about it,kids from other partys start coming in playing.i didn't buy any balloons because the package came with them but we didn't receive them and the party scratch off we didn't receive them either. I feel like we should have gotten a discount because it was horrible.I spent to much money for something like this to happen.NEVER AGAIN
The staff was very professional and friendly and on top of that the place was loaded with fun things to do! Definitely going back.
Pretty cool place. I like that there's a designated place for my 2-yr-old to play that's out of the way of the bigger kids.
Went a second time and was still fun. It's a nice place to go with friends and enjoy bouncing and playing trampoline dodge ball. Definitely not just for kids.
We have visited 3 times over a six month period and each time has been a great experience. The best times to visit are in the mornings when Urban Air first opens. The requirement to purchase their grippy socks is a positive because it helps the kids from sliding out of control on the trampolines. Once you've bought a pair, you don't have to buy anymore on future visits. Just bring your socks from your last visit. Urban Air has become a great place for us to bring out of town guests of all ages.
