I love yoga classes at Nova! Reina's classes are creative and incorporate new moves every time with modifications so you can make your practice harder or easier. I like that she makes each class fun, and is funny too! I've been to a ton of different studies in Mke and think Nova is one of the best :)

Nova Dance has great yoga instructors who really accomodate for all levels. As a beginner, I felt very comfortable learning the poses and taking things at my own pace. Nova Dance is a very welcoming environment and suitable for all levels.
