Very welcoming and friendly!
This is a top notch yoga training center. All the teachers are certified, at various levels, in the Iyengar traditions of yoga. The teachers are thoughtful, helpful and extremely attentive. Classes accommodate practitioners of all ages, skill level and physical capabilities. The Iyengar methods are alignment-based and multiple props are used to allow students to gain the benefit of the asanas. You will not be disappointed.
What an amazing place! They say yoga is for every body, and well it is true. Beginner or advanced, there's a spot for you. Don't forget to ask about the pie!

Amazing teachers for every demographic. They aim to promote health and balence within movement practice if yoga and it's well worth every penny.
I started going to this yoga studio about a month ago and so far it is my favorite I've ever been to! The instructors focus on using props to make sure that you are getting all of the benefits from doing to posture correctly, they encourage you to go further, but do not push you beyond your ability.
This place is great for someone new to yoga because there is no competitiveness as I have experienced in other yoga classes. It is also great for intermediate looking to advance in their yoga practice because the instructors work with you to go deep into the postures *correctly* so that you don't injure yourself by trying advanced poses unassisted.
After doing yoga for years on my own from video tapes, books and the occasional Bikram class, I came here. I have learned so much I didn't know that I didn't know!
