Kind of disappointing that I can't get into the gym or set up my profile for 7-10 days because that's how long it takes to get the access card that allows me to do both (despite the fact that my membership is active during that time) . Hopefully the wait is worth it :/
Update: It only took 3 business days for me to receive the access card. The gym is smaller than expected, but they had machines similar to the ones I was looking for. Now if only I could figure out how to turn off the TV screens attached to the treadmills and ellipticals- they're kind of annoying if you don't feel like watching something.
Very convenient location for me and has everything you want out of a Snap Fitness. However, please order more of the stair climbers with the actual rotating stairs. The only one they have breaks more than the Ice Cream machine at McDonalds and when working is very sought after. Just a thought!!
After a couple of years of enjoying this gym, even with it not having the machines I wanted, I wanted to cancel my membership to find out that I would be charged of another month after 30 days because of a 30 day cancellation policy. I would strongly not recommend this gym at any cost due to idiotic policies. Go to a different gym that has a better variety of equipment and better policies.
An Update, I raised this two stars because the way they finally resolved the issues. For now, I'm free of any reluctance to encourage you to give this location a try!!! Part of the most current problem had to do with an issue with my membership! I had been issued a new credit card from my bank, (due to some attempted fraud, unrelated to the gym). Even though my previous difficulties were not related to this issue, once it was discovered, the manager, Danielle, was in fact very apologetic. Even issuing a credit for one month on my dues. THIS is what great customer service is. I hope now that the issue has been resolved, their equipment doesn't give it's members any other issues. I'll keep you posted.
Very disappointed in this locations customer service! Don't get me wrong, i truly enjoy the 24 hour access to their full service gym. It's just that any time I had a problem with a piece of equipment not working, the manager, Danielle, ALWAYS turns the issue around. Instead of pointing out the many alternatives, it'd be nice to hear a simple apology, an assurance that the defect will be repaired, & "Thanks for Bringing it to My Attention!" It's the simple things that determine if I renew my membership here or one of the several competitors just a block away, in any direction!

Always clean, lots of options for working out equipment. No classes, but really versatile little gym. Staff are always friendly!

This place has been and continues to be poorly run- they won't explain membership fees to you upfront, and when you ask about them later you're lucky if they'll refund you for the things they've overcharge you. Things break down and it takes a week or more to get them repaired, the classes aren't free for members, and they don't have a plethora of equipment. There are better gyms nearby, and that's where I'll be going from now on.

The facility has all the cardio and strength training equipment I need, it is well maintained, the staff are friendly, and it is very close to where I live. It is also great that it is open 24/7.

The gym is clean and filled with modern amenities. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and great owners!
Equipment is dated, and there's always multiple treadmills and ellipticals out of order or the TV's aren't working. Classes and personal training aren't free to members. Staffed hours are minimal. It's a nice location and there's no contract. They're also currently doing updates that are unknown to me.
This is a great 24/hour gym (for me it's within walking distance from my apartment). They have plenty of ellipticals (my preferred method of cardio), as well as treadmills and bikes. They also have free-weighs and weight machines. They have a staff available at pretty flexible hours and personal trainers available by appointment. Not that I use it, but they do have a tanning bed available too. The location is always clean when I stop in and I've seen staff actively cleaning the machines. The location does feel a little small, but they make the most of the space they have available.
Smaller than other snap fitness locations and also very crowded at the peak times. For the high monthly membership cost there you'd think they'd keep some of the equipment cleaner. The best feature of this gym is the central location but don't count on finding parking nearby on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Excellent staff and very nice equipment
Not really worth the full price they charge when you're only getting a third of the things offered at a regular Snap Fitness (it's a smaller version of the gym). It's also very untidy and unpresentable, they're only staffed less than half the time and there's not really a lot of assistance. If you live on the eastside of Milwaukee and are looking for a nearby gym I'd suggest Anytime or Planet Fitness. They both offer great packages with the full amenities available. The only plus I'd give Snap Fitness is that it's a locked gym. Other than that you're better off somewhere else.
