This place is awesome!
Coach Red and the other coaches are pretty cool people!
They'll help you through by breaking down the techniques,and they aren't afraid of questions!
They really helped out with my depression as well!
They are not judgemental and they are very open minded people...
I personally go whenever I can and look foward to training with these guys as much as I can!
These people are legit and know their stuff as well!

Excellent gym, my 10 year old goes twice a week for jiu jitsu and the instructors are awesome! He really enjoys it. He goes twice a week an hour each time and it's reasonable! Highly recommended

Moved from California just so I could train Kickboxing at this gym. The striking coaches are on point, specially coach Solo. The sparring sessions are like going to war, no fighter in this gym will be easy to beat. If you're serious about fighting, this is the spot. The Jiu Jitsu is so practical as well. And the montly fee is one of the best reasons, to come to this gym. It's so affordable compared to the other gyms in Milwaukee, it's ridiculous.
