If I could only give a 0 star instead of 1! I only write reviews when the service is exceptional - in this case though I am compelled to write one for the contrary. The service is exceptionally BAD.
They were supposed to refund me a certain amount and I was given the assurance that it took place but unfortunately it didn't. I have tried calling/emailing several times regarding this but my emails were ignored (which is interesting because when inquiring about membership the replies were almost spontaneous). Due to this mishap, after a week, they offered me the option to get a check, and later changed their mind and decided to do direct refund and I was given the assurance of this once again! I was patiently ok with this. But Guess what ? That never happened. 3 weeks later still no refund. Now, because of multiple mess-ups, I am being offered a studio credit which is basically forcing me to continue membership or buy stuff from their studio, else it's my loss!
What's additionally very disappointing about this is the fact that Ashley who is the owner as well as a trainer there didn't even try to reach out to me once and try to resolve matters. I won't say everyone in their staff was bad (Tiffany did try to resolve things the most she could), but the general experience was awful. Even though the classes there were nice, I think there are several great studios in downtown which respect their new clients and make it easy and exciting for folks to want to come back again! Why join a place which is not there to help you resolve such a simple issue and cause inconvenience week after week!
