The only Yoga center that has certified Ashtanga instructors. These people are very friendly, helpful and their is no judgement when you start. They have limited hours though.

The only certified ashtanga yoga teachers in Wisconsin. Very helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. I am honored to have Larissa and PJ as my teachers.
