This is not your typical gym. Everyone is on a name to name basis and extremely inviting. I entered the 6 week challenge hoping to lose 10 pounds. They provided me with a meal plan (a guide for eating out too!), grocery shopping list, tons of healthy recipes for during and after the challenge, and an accountability coach who checked in on me weekly. Their class schedule is extremely flexible and offers a variety of classes tailored to your specific needs. By following their diet suggestions and attending at least 3 classes a week, I was able to surpass my goal and lost almost 12 pounds! Overall, I highly recommend this gym if you want to see results and watch your body transform.
