Great fitness center
Elliptical machines need to be wiped down regularly. Someone else's gross sweat spots on the base for days. Crazy guy jumps from treadmill to treadmill and doesn't wipe them down and he is all sweaty. The staff is always friendly!
If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I transferred to this gym because it was closer to my job and my baby sitter but after only one workout I was very unhappy. The gym equipment is very old, it does not have much variety. And one of the cardio machines I was on was literally coming apart. You can definitely see after a walk through that the company is neglecting to invest any money into this location. The only good thing I have to say about the place is that the employees were very kind and professional. I did write to corporate to demand a refund. I would definitely go to the one in Greenfield instead. That gym is awesome.
Went there immediately after Blast Fitness closed the doors without warning. I walked in and told the guy at the desk that I would like a tour or just wanted to look around to see what equipment they had. He told me I had to fill out a form first. He said it was their policy for legal reasons, just in case something fell on me or I got hurt while getting the tour. I walked out. I might get hurt getting a tour of the club, wow. See ya.

The staff at this particular location have been extremely polite and helpful. They really care about their members. I even got a complimentary training session when signing up. They showed me how to use the equipment, gave me recommendations for supplements based on my goal. Very cleanly and great experience overall.

The best gym in the area hands down. Dedicated trainers and staff that cares about the goals of the members.

Very Rude people that work there. I walked in there on Friday to check out there gym because I was going to transfer from my current gym to their gym. The first clue that should have warned me is when I heard 2 Women outside there talking about canceling their membership & going to another gym. That should have been my first clue to stay away from this place. I walked in there & told the Woman working there at the front desk that I was thinking about transferring from my current gym to their gym. The Woman asked me if I had a appointment yo meet with their people to join the gym there. First of all they were not even busy when I was there. Second of all since when do you need a appointment to join the gym. I have never heard of this or had to do it at any other gym that I joined. I explained that No I did not have a appointment. She told me that I needed a appointment just to join the gym & that they had nobody available to meet with me right now. The place was not even busy when I was there. I told her forget it. I will go somewhere else yo join. You guys just lost a potential customer. I will take my business to Planet Fitness

They signed me up with a trainer assuring me multiple times I could cancel at anytime. I told them I might not be able to afford it because I was getting married. They ASSURED me I wasn't locked in and could cancel anytime. I signed up with a trainer and when I went to cancel, because I couldn't afford it like I TOLD them ahead of time, they said I couldn't because I signed a contract. They told me the lady who signed me up was new and they're sorry she told me false information, it was because she didn't know the rules yet. I'm STILL being charged and will never step into their establishment again. They're crooks and will tell you anything to get you to sign up with their trainer. And then it's too late. Horrible customer service and absolutely no ethics on their part .

Personal Trainer, Travis Janko is great. I'm a senior and he worked with to get fantastic results. Xperience is comfortable for all people, no pressure or judgement. Plenty of equipment.
Many pieces of equipment sit broken or unusable for 2-4 weeks at a time. When you ask management why they don't fix the equiptment their customers are paying for they say they can't afford to stock and parts. Even when the parts come in they sit for another 1-2 weeks. However they are incredibly prompt with charging you for key cards to scan and if your credit card changes numbers theyll get you at least $45 in fees within 24 hours. If only they could be 1/3 that quick with their equipment and no one would care. BLAST fitness is far better, well maintained and no sneaky fees
I've been a member of this gym since November 2016. I've enjoyed the group exercise classes but haven't enjoyed being nickeled and dimed by random fees. The classes get redundant and the offerings rarely change, so I've only been coming about once a month in 2018. When I went to downgrade from the premium plan to the basic plan, I was told that there is a $20 fee to downgrade. I probably would have stayed if it hadn't been for this fee, but on top of paying random yearly fees, it ceases to be worth it. My membership has now been cancelled and I guess we'll see if they keep charging me post-cancellation, like others seem to experience.
It's great!
Enjoy going to workout and the Thursday night yoga.
Only one beef - Wish the guy on Saturday could make it on time to open.
Always 5 to 10 minutes late.
I came to an appointment and the person was not even in! Megan took over and had the worst customer service ever. Happy to say this is just a free trial and will mostlikely not be considering to sign up.
Staff is very rude. First off, the price to meet a personal trainer 8 times a month is a ridiculous $900 ($700 with a "discount") and They Only write down workouts that I already know how to do and keep track of my own sets anyway. They really pressure you into doing it, and give you attitude if you don't. They'd be great marketing majors.
I cancelled my membership 3 months ago. They have charged me for the past 3 months before I noticed the 20 dollar charge.
I have written documentation cancelling it. The company is refusing to contact me concerning compensation.
Horrendous company, awful gym, simply one of the worst places you could work out.
Go to Animal House. They won't rob from you when you walk away from them.
Also the free weights at Xperience are a disaster. Clean your gym.
Very good nice gym new equipment need to move around some equipment a little bit did chest today it's only three flat benches you can't spot nobody but I very I will come back
I will never get a membership at this gym again. Signing up was super uncomfortable because half the staff was goofing off and it felt like I was disturbing them from talking with each other. It was huge deal for me to even get to a gym to sign up, and that just made it so much worse. There are "annual maintenance fees" (seriously, what is that even used for?) that came out of my account with no notice whatsoever. When you're trying to keep a budget and stay on track financially, $40 being taken out of your account with no notice tends to really screw things up. They make it unbelievably inconvenient to cancel your membership - I've never come across a gym that requires you to cancel in person. But I'm so done with this place. Never again.
I enjoy the equipment and very friendly staff. The place could use a sauna and a cleaner locker room area, but it remains a good place to get in a workout...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should rename this place to the garbage gym. Smelly, unclean, and horribly trained (not trained, at all) staff. Was close to home but forget it. Found a much better gym in Bayview, and though it is further away, it is 24 hours, the price is comparable, and the equipment, cleanliness and personnel are FAR SUPERIOR. Tried to formally complain to management and could not get their email address or phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't take my word for it, check out their BBB Better Business Bureau rating. 22 negative complaints of which none have been responded to by Xperience. Once they have your credit card in their system you are DOOMED.
If you want a mega gym that tries to upsell you or trick you into spending more than you agreed to than this is the place for you. Go for it. Otherwise there are a ton of affordable, better options around.
I have been a member for over a year now I had a personal trainer who was amazing his name was David I lost 122 pounds over our year training together. Also there is a worker named Alan there as well who's great, big help! Wondering why I'm giving it a 2 star? The payment system is a rip off they over charged me twice while I was training there I was charged $500 for two months worth of training, when asked why they said "oh we thought you wanted to pay it off" now that I am leaving and relocating I gave them a heads up to cancel my membership and they tell me I owe them $88 from a previous membership sent to collections in order to cancel!!??? Now correct me but I've been training for over a year paying $250 a month and my membership every month when did these "previous charges" occur?? Their whole system is rigged and it was even confirmed from an employee that they have been known to take extra money from people!!! Wouldn't recommend it because of this.
We appreciate Jaime so much, she is the reason we stay committed to Xperience!
Rip off when it comes to canceling your membership! They tell you everything is fine, then come up with some random charge of $80+ dollars, apparently from the other recent reviews we aren't the only ones that it happened to.
