Hands down the best deal in gym memberships, no doubt. Great facility, great equipment, great deal. Staff always helpful and pleasant.

Affordable. Plenty of equipment. Massive parking lot. Open 24 hours. Dont skip leg day bro!

Great for working out in the community. Theres absolutely no shame here which is one of the favorite things I like about this place. They have a buzzer that actually gets set off if anyone discriminates someone else in the gym.

The treadmills are an issue took 4 try's to find one that sound worked on and that was poor sound. they are not getting stuff fixed. this has been on going problem lately. When asked them about what it takes to get fixed they said they had. Need to get sound and machines all working and get the sound better then it is. have talked with local management couple times nothing seems to get fixed.

I enjoy coming here to work out or have a massage. My boyfriend and I do the massage chairs before we leave every time. Feels good after a nice work out. Nice location, close to home.

Exactly like their commercials say with 0 body intimidation. They've just got all new machines too that will easily fit your phone while running, biking or on the elliptical. They also continue to bring in and develop more ways for you to be able to work out.

I have never enjoyed working out more with such a wonderful staff to provide it to me. The staff as well as the manager specifically has been nothing but terrific and deserve all the praise they earn.

I have been a member for about a year. For at least a month the scale in the women's locker room has been broken. What's up with that? I mentioned it to staff several times. This is not an expensive piece of equipment. The staff have always been great. Billy the trainer is so helpful. But they really should keep up the equipment.

Staff is great, had to cancel my membership because they brought in cheaper machines with less ability to manipulate speeds for a HIIT or tempo run pace. I really liked that no one bothered me but sucks about the machines. If you are just looking for simple machines and convenience sign up. If you are training make sure the new machines work for your training schedule.

This gym is always very clean and the equipment is fixed in a timely fashion. Staff is always super friendly especially when it comes to other locations and gyms I have gone to. I moved out of the area and had some questions about my membership . Nick answered and was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the information I needed to know.

WOW! This is the best gym I've ever had a membership with. The machines are clean, the staff is helpful and always attentive and personable. The tanning machines are always clean (and work really well!). The Monona location is my favorite Planet Fitness in the Madison area. Definitely recommend signing up for a membership here!

I visit this gym while traveling for work, and I've been trying transfer and change my membership for the last year or so as I'm moving back and forth often. The staff here has been helpful but I've also never been able to talk to the same manager or assistant manager more than once. Each time I'm there I've spoken with a different person who doesn't seem to have any communication with the other managers/staff to keep track of the issues I've had with billing and transferring. They're nice, but aren't able to help me because they don't know what's going on.

I've been to several Planet Fitness locations but the staff and environment here sucks. I came as a guest and I had to wait several minutes before anyone was at the desk to check me in. I also asked about signing up and the staff member, Nick I believe, stopped talking to me part way through to go on break. The tour he gave me was a joke, was very brief, and unprofessional. I can understand a short tour or even no tour if it had been busy but it wasn't.
There are machine attachments and weights all over the floor everywhere. Definitely a tripping hazard if you're not paying close attention. It seems as if many machines are out of order and have consistently been out of order every time I've been there.

I can't explain enough how much I enjoy my planet fitness membership. As someone who hasn't always been a fan of the gym, PF has completely changed my outlook on going to one.

I'm a sales rep who covers all of Wisconsin and PF offers many locations which makes it convenient for me to stop in and get my workout in whichever city I'm visiting that day.

While I haven't been unhappy with any specific location, I prefer my home location which is the Monona, Wi location. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. This gym has helped change someone who hated going to the gym into someone who has now gone 4 days/week for over a year. I just renewed my membership and plan to keep it for many years.

The gym is cheap and has decent equipment. The problem is the atmosphere. They keep the tag scanner backwards and the attitude makes checking in a chore. Sometimes when having an epic workout the other members skulk around you, like your handing out iPads. Your on your own, I don't go here anymore!

Wow! Kinda of made me chuckle when I read the review about the scale. I advised the staff about it when I was leaving mid-afternoon the other day. When I came back the FOLLOWING morning, it was fixed! I've been at the Monona PF for 1,046 days straight, and I keep coming back. It's a great gym - always clean, and the staff is super friendly :)

A bench in the women's locker room dressing room has been broken for at least 3 weeks. I reported it to the front desk at least 3 weeks ago, not sure if any one else reported before or after. As of today still not fixed. I asked at the front desk if there was an ETA and they didn't know. The Manager is trying to call someone??????? This bench most likely costs under $50, what is the hold up? There are many of us who need to sit while changing. Very disaapointed.

I also let the front desk know today that the scale in the women's locker room wasn't working. She stated she knew and she was going to change the battery. I saw 4 other women try to use the scale, I am sure there is a lot more. The young woman I reported both these incidents to was talking to a co-worker. Instead of talking with a co-worker you need to make sure equipment is working for your members. Also, she did not apologize at all for the incovenience. Where is the customer service! I let her know I will be looking at East Towne to see if it is ran better than South Towne.

When we joined there was totally different management and staff. I am not impressed with the present!

I can NOT possibly begin to say how impressed I am with this particular location and the attention to CS by the management (Heather) I had addressed (via a Post-It note) an unpleasant experience due greatly to the sheer disregard / disrespect of another member quite late/early in the morning (1AM). I received a follow-up call from Heather by 10AM sincerely apologizing with an explanation of policy and the steps already in motion and to be taken, in order to prevent such an incident from repeating. As well as an immediate compensation for my inconvenience. IMPRESSIVE PROMPT & THOROUGH ATTENTION *** *B*R*A*V*O*

The staff is always there to help with smiles on their faces. You can't beat the price and it is a judge free zone. When you go to work out people don't look at you funny if you are heavier than a normal sized person. I'm so glad I started exercising again. Thank you for all your hard work.

Great facility. Only giving it 4 because the East Towne one has even _more_ equipment (TRX, medicine balls, ropes).

LOVE IT!!! I am a 4 time stroke survivor and I not only have myself to thank, but Planet Fitness, too. It is always there for me to work out at and also to give me an incredible hydro-massage afterwards. I am ALWAYS keeping time to have that massage! There has only been a few times when I just didn't have enough time and I ALWAYS missed it. I have come a long way since I have had my strokes, the first one was 30 years ago and I had one a year for 4 years in a row; however, I am still doing whatever I can to get to be stroke-unnoticeable. Thank you Planet Fitness!
