I've been going to FIT for about 6 months now and it's going great! The coaches are very helpful, and really work with you on proper form and getting stronger. I joined as a beginner with weight training, and the FIT coaches tailored my program based on my experience, injury history, and goals. It's amazing to see how far I've come along in 6 months, and I can honestly say I'm in the best shape I've been in for years.
I'm currently in a FIT member challenge group, and it's given me the extra competition needed to focus more on my lifestyle outside the gym. The group is sharing outside workouts and recipes/meal choices via a FB group, and we're having a great time with it!
FIT truly has something for anyone, from beginners to extreme athletes. Their non-intimidating approach makes it very easy and comfortable to learn the ropes, and their members will help build your motivation.
