I have been involved with the core exercises program for over 5 years. It has tremendously improved my running and my overall strength, especially my upper body, back, and abdominal strength. I have been much less prone to injury or back/body fatigue since starting the core exercise program and I have experienced improved health and fitness overall. The program is excellent for anyone looking to improve there fitness level or even for someone who is just starting out with exercise. The program is great for all levels of activity!

I joined Core Exercise La Crosse in October 2012 and am now on my third 8 week session. I am hooked!!! I was not an exerciser at all until I met Fred and his instructors. What I loved most was how I was made to feel welcome and was encouraged to "do what you can"! That made all the difference, I did not feel like a failure! I now can say I have muscles where there was nothing before! Love, love, love it!!! You will too!

Of all the exercise classes in La Crosse, WI, this fitness program with its specific exercises routine helped take my cross-training to a whole new level. This program can work for anybody.

Fred really help me lose weight and start to feel good about my self in a short amount of time. He classes were difficult to start with but once you started you could not stop. I love his class and now have a ton of friends join and they love it too.
