I joined Core Exercise La Crosse in October 2012 and am now on my third 8 week session. I am hooked!!! I was not an exerciser at all until I met Fred and his instructors. What I loved most was how I was made to feel welcome and was encouraged to "do what you can"! That made all the difference, I did not feel like a failure!
