First visit to this gym, nice and big with lots of room, very clean, and all the equipment was in excellent shape. Sound system was very good, bathrooms very clean, and tanning room was nice. Nice selection of free weights, machine weights and different types of work areas. Along with punching bag, ropes, and carido equipment. Did not like doing the cardio in front of the big windows, only negative, but that is just me. Overall you will enjoy your work outs in this gym, with lots of variety.

Organized, clean, and comfortable gym! Has everything I would look for in a gym membership. Staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Helpful, friendly staff. Very clean location with reasonable space and variety of machines. However, finding parking can be arduous and the gym lacks the space for locker rooms and saunas.

Always nice and clean, machines always working. I just wish there were more spaces for changing clothes because the 3 bathrooms fill up fast when it's busy. Then you have to wait for people to finish showering when all you wanted to do was change your shirt.
