I am a 57 year old "beginner" biker and I have received so much encouragement from Leo and my fellow riders/friends. I love that each person rides at their own fitness level and yet I can push myself also. The guidance from the others is so welcoming as I learn new things! I have made new friends that I am hoping to be riding with thru the winter months ! Leo and Kim...you guys ROCK !

Rock & Ride is such a great place to workout. All of the riders I've met have been friendly and welcoming. Leo and Kim are very knowledgeable and they make it extremely easy to ride there. Not only can you store your bike, but it's ready for you when you walk in. They are also huge supporters of local community events. Thanks, guys!

Had a great time at Rock And Ride when visiting family in LaCrosse. Definitely a must go if you're even a novice cyclist.
