I love Jam Fitness!! I have been going here for about 5 months now and it is such a comfortable and inviting environment! They have group classes going on throughout the day and they range from weights and stretch to high intensity cardio! My favorite part about the classes is the ability to take it at your own level, whether that be beginner or advanced it can work for you! .... more
