I love Jam Fitness!! I have been going here for about 5 months now and it is such a comfortable and inviting environment! They have group classes going on throughout the day and they range from weights and stretch to high intensity cardio! Inspirational owners, fun workouts, great place overall!.The staff is always so welcome and willing to work with you. The gym is always so clean and updated..Amazing place, workers are so nice, Cheer coaches are always so funny and sweet, would recommend coming here for sure!!.... more
