The staff here has been so friendly and helpful. Makes it easier to come to the gym lol. I went over winter break and have 3 friends with memberships. There have been multiple instances of them being followed around and harassed by men.... more

It's comfortable, has all the right equipment, staff is nice, worth it to have a Blackcard Membership. I like that at this location their are people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, overall its very diverse but we all have the same goals in mind.... more
The only Yoga center that has certified Ashtanga instructors. These people are very friendly, helpful and their is no judgement when you start. They have limited hours though.. The only certified ashtanga yoga teachers in Wisconsin.... more

Great trainers!. Gym is okay and has a good amount and variety of equipment, but it's dirty. Doesn't seem like much gets deep cleaned. There's a lot of dust on equipment, and the bathrooms are kind of gross.... more

I practiced here many years and also did work trade. The facilities are very clean and honestly the best studio in the area aesthetic wise. The classes are good, they offer 90 minute Bikram which I can only find at one other studio.... more

I love that it is open 24 hours a day and the cleanliness. I have seen the staff clean and wipe the equipment down frequently for the hour or so I'm there working out!. They have friendly classes with an professional instructor who helps me to achieve my goals and push me to keep going when in reality I know I need the help to continue with my routine as I make it a habit.... more
