Our family have been using this place for 6 years and we love everything so far.. This is a good sized gym with nice locker rooms and pool area. The cardio and weight areas are on different floors so it is easy to go between different cardio machines.... more
Erratic staffing hours, unhelpful staff, bare bones equipment. Parking is difficult and usually over-crowded by high traffic neighboring businesses. Avoid, you can do better.. I got great results at Kokofit.... more
