I have recently joined this Gym and it is brilliant The environment here is marvelous and happy. For technicalities, I like that this gym has a structured warm up , the actual workout and then a cool down. Staff is very dedicated . Other cross fit gym dont post about a warm up and a cool down so i guess it is left for the member to do so . The coaches make sure you go through all the phases of your workout and actually use the 1 hour.
Another thing is that this gym also has nutrition program that you can enroll . Most of the cross fit gyms dont offer any kind of nutrition training, thats a loss for people looking to loose weight and I see a lot of people who come to crossfit gym aiming to just loose weight. If you are looking for strength building, the gym coaches or the owners actually take time to draft out another champions workout that you can do, this is very motivating and I look forward to getting on that league.
