OTF Kaysville is the best gym I have ever attended. I currently have 3 memberships at 3 different gyms and OTF is by far the best. The scheduling takes a bit to get used to but if you're diligent and take the time to learn the system it is easy peasy! The owners are invested in their members successes and have hired a team of people with their same vision.... more
I'm a new member and I'm enjoying going. Nice equipment, nice people, no crowds. I like working the heavy bag after workouts. I'm getting stronger, fitter and more confident..I called the gym to cancel my membership today due to my pregnancy and they told me my membership is "automatically renewed for the next 6 months", which means that I am not allowed to cancel it until 6 months later.... more
I love going to Pyramid Fitness! The atmosphere is full of team work and camaraderie. I really like PumpFit and how the owner Justin Rogers aligns obstacles up to work on different parts of the body while experiencing a full body work out all at the same time.... more
