Don't ever sign up for personal training. I signed an introductory offer and then cancelled immediately. I've been in contact multiple times. They always promise they'll take care of it, but then start charging me again. Either they are lying or their billing system is built to take advantage of you. Either way, they're going to charge you for services you don't receive. The one session I did receive with a trainer, he wasted half the time trying to tell me how great his services were instead of helping me. Still fighting the charges months later and they're still charging me
Very accommodating to my needs. I had a specific situation and they worked well with what I needed. Very appreciative of the staff and team. Great equipment and gym setup. Upgrades coming too so only going to get better.
They are so nice and made me feel welcomed when I walked in the door. They were understanding and tried to help me out as much as possible! Ask for Andres if you ever come in he is amazing!
Tilly is the bomb! I walk in the door and she already has me checked in. She knows all the regular gym goer names. Everyone should be more like Tilly! She makes you feel welcome and appreciated at the gym!

The staff usually gets overwhelmed if you ask them any question about memberships though.

We go here for the daycare and the girls in there are SO great! I can always get a good workout which is the whole point BUT they need someone reinforcing the reracking of weights and there is some equipment that needs attention... The dip belt has been under repair for months and they need more dumbbells too! And the lockers situation! They are all broken and do they ever plan on fixing the steam room...

Great location, easily accessible, equipment is in top shape, the maintaince team that keeps up on the machines is on top of their game, can't say much about the instructors but I've never been asked if I wanted one. Pretty non intrusive staff overall.

I have been going here for about 5 months. The overall layout is nice. There are a lot of different machines and options for strength training. They have around 20 treadmills, a bunch of elipticals, traditional and recumbant bikes, stair steppers, a nice G-Fit (crossfit) area with about 15 rowing machines, a space upstairs for core/ streching and separate classrooms for group workouts. To get access to all the areas a full membership is required, but it's not too expensive, I think.
Even with all the workout equipment there is plenty of space to get around. I wish they had more hexagonal free weights and more flat/ adjustable workout benches. There are only 3 benches and they go fast. I don't like the round dumbbells and the 30 lb and one 65 lb hex dumbells have been missing for a while.
Class schedules are posted online and there seemsnto be a lot of choices. I have not been to a class yet, but plan on attending some G-Fit classes soon.
Most of the staff seem friendly and have been good at addressing my concerns except for the missing dumbbells. I know I told somebody about the missing 65 lb. I can't remember if I made them aware of the missing 30 pounders.
Also if you get the full membership you have access to all the Gold's Gyms in the area, including the Ogden Gym which has a 3 lane pool, but 4 people can comfortably swim laps, hot tub, steam room and an indoor track.
The facility is great and far better than Sportsplex was. Tons of great and new equipment and the floodplan is awesome. I would like to see later Saturday hours and have it open on Sunday.
this gym is so lit. i come here everyday and everyone is just so lit and huge. everybody here is just trying to get better and everyone supports everyone so much, everyone is friends and there is spotters everywhere you look, we on that gym grind baby, never quit. #creatine

The facility is great but closing early on Saturday and closed on Sunday is super annoying.
Staff are lazy, arrogant and out of shape. Towels do not get changed very often. The use reusable towels to wipe off equipment which is gross. Bathrooms smell and need to be cleaned.
Equipment is great, good crowd usually, staff is fine for the most part. I go because I really like the environment, equipment, and the way they've rearranged everything. They've hooked up some of my friends with good deals on sign up; not me - so that sucked, I had to pay a lot to get started back when they didn't have the promotion going, so that was a turn off.
I love all the High Fit classes they offer! I have looked at a lot of gyms and they don't have as many. The room is a comfortable size and the music is blasting, just how I like it!
