To be honest, I've never had a bad experience with a BJJ school, but what has made this school unique for me is how I can ask Coach about a particular move I'm having trouble with and he will take as much time as is needed during class time to show me a variation, which in itself is pretty darn awesome of him, but every time I do that what he shows me is a complete game changer and I can then make that move a part of my game every time it's available to me.... more

My home away from home.. I've never loved fitness so much as when I go to Cirque Asylum! You don't have to be strong or flexible--all levels can participate and have a blast. I became more flexible in 2 months of flexibility classes than 8 years of yoga.... more

Unprofessional receptionists, two loud and obnoxious toolbags lifting weights that the staff seems to love.. I liked the gym good staff. Closed down was very bummed.... more
The lady there yesterday took such good care of us making sure we had everything we needed in the right sizes.. This place is amazing! Especially when i got my pointe shoe fitting. They were very smooth and nice about how it feels and how they work.... more
